Running...Glad you are listening to your body Karen! Running a sub 2 half marathon is tough and your body needs a little recovery time. Wish I'd listened to mine after I ran a sub 2 and maybe I wouldn't have had a calf strain. And yes...I'd love to still be running when I'm 80!
